In a secular inflation, US banks must own some physical gold (& can, per Basel 3): "A 0% risk weight will apply to...gold bullion held at the bank or held in another bank on an allocated basis, to the extent the gold bullion assets are backed by gold bullion liabilities."

Estimated #silver sales at APMEX have accelerated at a pace I haven't measured before. The 20-day moving average has exploded to numbers not seen since early Fall when prices were much lower. I suspect this number will reach a new high very soon. #silversqueeze

#Gold (XAUUSD, $1,762) consolidating gains following a 10% rally in November. I believe another 10% advance coming over the coming 6 - 8 weeks with January target of $1,950 - 1,975. It is typical for gold to produce 20% advance within 2-3 months period!

I've just taken great satisfaction in binning #OVO energy (who now own the Scottish Hydro brand) as my energy supplier. High time these companies realised treating their staff and consumers like expendable commodities has real consequences.
