Went to see @frozenlondon last night. Amazing show. Stunning performances by @SamanthaBarks and all the cast. Great scenery and effects. Time flew. May have to go again before the run finishes.

Best news of the NSL week. @rach_dunn is working with @SevernStars and @SevernStarsPP for the new season. The legend lives on. Just need to find a way to get her court time in the Superleague 😀

Great trip to Worcester for @SevernStars against @celticdragons_ Was great to see a number of ex Wasps. Great venue and enjoyed the match but disappointed 1 or 2 "interesting" umpire decisions made the scoreline more emphatic than it should have been

Good to see live netball @LboroLightning v @SurreyStorm although a little disappointed that the scoreline wasn't closer. Great to see so many former Wasps players and staff involved in this match.

Some great performances by GB riders in the Euro Track Champs today but my favourite was @SophieECapewell to get that bronze after the fall in the semi. Brilliant ride. Well done Sophie.
