On this tax day, I wish I could better see and even control where the taxes I pay are going. Otherwise I feel like I'm just blindly sending money to a giant, opaque & inefficient bureaucracy. I want to be a well-informed, good citizen. Government is not making this easy for me.

@chesaboudin Chesa - you use this line constantly "We must make it easier to get help than it is to get high." There are ~70 open treatment beds in the city. Every country in the world that has reduced its drug problem did so by jailing dealers. What exactly is your proposed solution...?
