It’s so sad to see what happened in the eastern Afghanistan. The pictures of children, women, and families who lost everything are heartbreaking. So many people have nowhere to go, this is a reminder of our shared humanity and the need for our prayers and support.

And again, no matter how many countries recognize the Taliban regime, if the mother who lost her son/daughter in the Kabul University attack cannot find peace, that recognition is meaningless. Thousands of such mothers are still grieving.

No matter how many countries recognize the Taliban regime for their own interests, it means nothing if the people of Afg don’t. And when Afg women don’t even speak of recognition but demand change, the whole world standing means nothing.Their support is for their gain, not yours.
