JUST IN: FTX’s tokenized shares are now under scrutiny for stocks like $AMC & $GME. The custodial firm had not held stock for FTX for a year, & reports are that short sellers could redeem AMC tokens for actual shares, rather than paying high borrowing fees, per The Chainsaw.

Extremely important especially for those who incorrectly fear dilution. I own 793,974 AMC shares/APE units and 2,100,074 more already granted vesting 2023/24/25. My clear goal: Guide AMC smartly through these challenging times. How best to do that? Get a ton of cash in the bank!

Rumors still swirl about Cineworld/Regal. AMC is vastly different. AMC ended the most recent quarter with more than $1 billion of liquidity. Plus we believe AMC readily can raise equity. The best thing AMC can do for our shareholders is to continue to have ample cash.

Hyped up by some who may wish AMC harm, anxious messages come in fearing dilution or that I may “screw” AMC shareholders. I own 793,974 AMC shares, and should vest in 1 - 2 million more AMC shares (after taxes) by 2024. That’s a huge incentive to do what’s best for AMC & for you.

Some seem to enjoy reporting AMC is off its all-time closing price high, 6/2/21 $62.65. They fail to report close yesterday was 7 TIMES what it was when the pandemic closed theatres, 3/16/20 $3.19, or 11 TIMES when we were written off for dead, 1/5/21 $1.98 #TellTheWholeStory

Few things to do this week: - Exercise all your $AMC options at the latest Friday am. - #AMC shares only qualify for $APE - The value of your options will be automatically adjusted. But what's the point of ITM calls if you can't get $APE. - Get out of Robinhood ASAP
