no one talks about how the “3 million+ shortage of cybersecurity personnel to fill jobs” is really a shortage to fill INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED jobs, which leads to a lot of people acquiring certs/degrees in cyber and then being disappointed when they can’t get an entry level job
