Serious post for my current [109] followers 😑 At @seedlegals I see numerous pre-seed and seed decks a week from our 30k+ founder base. After seeing 100s of decks here, has made me think about the common pitfalls which my own angel investees AVOIDED when they pitched.

There's a pretty insane amount of non-technical knowledge that goes into technical products that most first time founders aren't ready for. - info sec - backwards dependencies - workarounds (in general) - DB design (and the repercussions) - API design (and the repercussions)

Even with #nocode, you still need to understand technology. I'd say this is the biggest gap in development now. You don't need to be a developer, but you have to understand it.

@LLowcode @bubble Bubble's super power is it's backend. And that is were the most care should be taken, for when your web app scales with disorganized data structures, consequences abound What I'm building is going to scale and I'm trying not to save problems for the future

Building out a database on @bubble is not for the faint of heart It is the skeleton of an entire project If you structure your database poorly it will affect so many things Misclassifying objects and attributes is a very big problem I am lost on how to structure this right

I think we need to be careful adverizinf you don't need 'technical' skills to build in bubble. You may not need coding, but unless you are a super admin level person in biz software you are going to need help manipulating data in @bubble. #nocode
