The problem with phones has now been resolved! BT would like to apologise for that.
There is a fault on inbound and outbound phone calls. OpenReach are working on this issue.
The problems many students have had with printing have finally been resolved, can't apologise enough for the anxiety and stress caused :(

Looks like M drives are down at the moment - this may affect logon. This is where you wish you had set offline files :)
everything is back up and running as it should after the catastrophic power loss on campus yesterday.... and breathe.......
Power failure across campus affected lots of services. M drives mostly back but Vital and some other services still down, sorry.
Ignore the 'password expired' pop-up warning! Clearly password expiry does not want to go without a fight!
problems with logons, printing, access to webpages and M: drives - affecting some people and not others - we are on to it.... more soon...
