TKs have been learning about fire safety this month. One tip from today's visit with Captain Briscoe, retired firefighter and teacher from Mt Carmel's fire science program, was to crawl below smoke to exit a burning building. 👨‍🚒 #firesafety @sunsethillsneu @Principal_Magno

Using resources from @mynamemyid_ we learned the importance of pronouncing everyone's name correctly. Then we identified places where that wasn't happening. Students used @Flipgrid to help substitute teachers get names right. #seagullsolutions @sunsethillsneu @PowayUnified
