@IBCA_UK @IBCA_CEO_UK You are good with words but very little action.l! People will die before receiving any compensation & closure. The pace needs to be stepped up. Some living infected will sadly not see compensation due to your delays. Haemophiliacs have been abused for over 40 years!

@IBCA_UK @IBCA_CEO_UK As someone on SCM, this update is catastrophic I cant even bring myself to tell my wife about it because we can’t wait another year with our life on hold while they ‘take time to learn’ They’re punishing for the extra harm they did to me Genuinely can’t take any more of this
