The opposition should give any of Hitler's judicial nominees a thorough and critical vetting, but the justice system is a sacred institution regardless of party, and we can't undermine that by being obstructionist.

I just think we have to take all of these restrictive, disenfranchising, and deeply disturbing laws individually and on their face, and not cumulatively as an indication of something really sinister brewing in our country.

Ugh, the expulsion of the Polish Jews is so heartbreaking. I just wish they had come in legally, though. I just think there has to be some kind of vetting system in place. We can’t let just anyone in or it would be total chaos.

Full disclosure, my brother is actually a Nazi. He’s a decent guy in general, and I wanna tell him how fucked up it is for him to be a Nazi, but I don’t want to make family dinners and holidays awkward.
