National Assembly has passed the Tenth Amendment to the Constitution Bill, and it now awaits Royal Assent. Its passage is marred by fundamental procedural irregularities and it's likely to attract legal challenges, and it might ultimately be declared null and void by the courts.

MCC has shut down, and as we saw today, the government is still fumbling in the dark, no plan. Yet the writing’s been on the wall since January. AGOA has been effectively strangled by tariffs, and there's no hope for renewal. 12k jobs hang in the balance, but govt remains dazed.
