Year 11 French students: today would have been your last French GCSE exam. Although you won't be sitting in the hall today, showing off your French expertise, we are still immensely proud of you for your hard work and effort over the past few years 👏

I know we all miss doing this to Mr Wainman with the Studio French books don't we! The Languages department also misses its wonderful students, but we are so impressed with the great work that you are completing from home. Well done!

A fantastic day yesterday in Lille with Y7, excellent behaviour from students that was even remarked on by a member of the public on the ferry. They were a credit to themselves and you as parents / carers. A big thank you from the trip staff! 🎄

It was fantastic to see so many families visit SJLHS for our Open Evening. Looking forward to welcoming lots of Year 7s to the Language Department next September!
