Why is it ALWAYS the ones you expect the most?
I called PA State Police, Downingtown PA Police and Meghan’s Law in PA. I was advised by all three that there is nothing they can do about this child living with a child sexual offender. They didn’t even want his name. In the State of PA sexual offenders are allowed to be around children, depending on which Tier they’re on. This man is Tier 1 so his name only stays on the sexual offender list for 15 months. Sickening.
