I work with global leaders everyday.@AirCanada.Your CEO/key leadership need to be on the phones to VERY UNHAPPY customers and in the media admitting mistakes and showing leadership NOW while in crisis. Could be your moment if you really care. Oh and BTW, je parle français aussi.

Friends - I can only pray when my time comes. And it is coming sooner then later. I am okay with this really. But I pray where ever I am going it looks like this. And boy I hope I mattered and made a difference.
