Seriously unimpressed with @Halfords_uk customer services. Contacted last Thursday, chased Monday and was told would receive a response within 24-48 hours. Still nothing despite me asking last night for an update and providing case number.

how can this PASS an MOT with a bulb actually missing?! One seriously unhappy customer. No chance am I renewing my membership if you can't even use test centres that are honest. Charged me £264 for two BUDGET TYRES that Halfords would supply and fit for £51 each?! #TheAA_UK
