Zero Signal, an Entropy Zero 2 mod, is releasing their first chapter later this year. The 'Prologue' will serve as an introduction to the world and tone, while Part 2 will have a much larger scope. The author of the mod is planning to release both part 2 and full mod in 2026.

I was given some stats about previous EU initiatives that passed and how many signatures were discarded. It looks like the low end was about 100k and the high end was about 250k. I suspect we'll be closer to the high end, so every legit signature helps.
