I’m already stressed that I haven’t worked out today and my mom brought home fried chicken from a fast food place she knows I hate. She left to go to the dentist and I had a meltdown and cried hysterically because I’m so hungry and threw it to the dogs. Fml.

I have no idea how much I weigh right now because I DONT HAVE A GD SCALE. My batteries died in it and after replacing them the scale still never turned on. Talk about shitty quality. Well, it was only $15 at Walmart...

Goal for 2018 is to do intermittent fasting Moday-Friday with no artificial sweets. Weekends are allowed one treat each day but only half of it. I will be 135 by June first. I need to do this.

My mom is actually overweight and complains about how fat she is all the one. I just saw her put a shit ton of ice cream in a bowl and take it to her office. It’s 10:30 am. This is what I’m afraid I’m going to turn into.
