Judge Dugan Update: She will NOT be appealing the denial of absolute judicial immunity. Trial set for Dec. 15 @ 9am. Looks like no deal-either US is not offering a misdemeanor plea or Dugan unwilling to take it. My guess is @TheJusticeDept wants this trial & the W on the felony.

What an honor to join Cardinal Harvey for a special mass to celebrate the 50th anniversary of his priesthood. He grew up in Milwaukee and comes back each summer to see family. We love to visit him at the Basilica of Saint Paul Outside The Walls in Rome.

Congratulations to Judge Zach Wittchow on his swearing in last night. Zach has served Waukesha County proudly as a prosecutor over the last several years and will make an excellent judge.
