The Windows 10 Extended Security Updates program may have been an attempt to soften the blow for people still holding on to their older PCs, but since its announcement, more people are using Windows 10 and fewer are using Windows 11.

Affected customers in Wenatchee began seeing service restored early this morning. However, there are still quite a few customers without service. The PUD continues making repairs to damaged fiber lines. More customers should their service restored as the day progresses.
