.@butcherbox so desperately wants me to restart my subscription that they've build a broken #UX that makes it impossible for me to change anything about my account or subscription without restarting the subscription I cancelled. So no way to change recipient, for instance. #bug

Trying to help a friend check into a @Delta flight because the flow on his phone from his email passively failed by redirecting to delta.com after tapping "check in". In an incognito tab on my computer, though, I got this. Just disgraceful. #bug

The contradictions (and/or sloppy language) are staggering. But then, I'm sure the retort would be that contradictions are inherent in this philosophical approach. I don't think that's necessary, and there's a "clean", useful way to understand all these concepts. @Headspace

Today, it took me 33 consecutive attempts to get a body fat reading on my #Wyze Scale X. This is my 2nd unit that regularly behaves this way, and it's been going on for YEARS. Clearly a design or firmware #bug, and their "support" doesn't even understand how tech works. @WyzeCam
