I don’t see how this is relevant. The center of this case is not whether Kilmar is a good or a bad person. It is about whether the government can violate the law and court orders to send someone unlawfully to a foreign prison and then claiming they cannot return them!

Kilmar was legally staying in the US. Multiple government officials acknowledged it was a mistake. If the government is not willing to respect the court order, the court should halt any and all deportation to the country of El Salvador, it should further prevent the government…
