i don’t recommend strapless shirts and wear sports bras!! it’s so much more comfortable

if you do begin to feel anxious, this is what i do. I take a deep breath and look up at the ceiling, i try to focus on the song and realize that it isn’t as bad as i’m making it. THERE IS NO SHAME ON LEAVING THE PIT IF IT BECOMES TOO MUCH. your well being is top priority

tips for moving forward safely: While everyone is jumping around, keep jumping with everyone and begin to inch forward. DO NOT SHOVE OR PUSH. While standing, if there is a little space in front of you, put your foot there and begin to inch forward if you can.

But the #1 thing is: HAVE FUN! LIVE IN THE MOMENT! Don’t record every second of the concert, or you’ll miss out on actually experiencing it. It doesn’t hurt to take pics/vids to reminisce with later, but limit yourself. Be present in the moment with all the people around you

make space on your phone the day before so you can take plenty of pictures/videos. nothing worse than a “storage full” notification popping up right in the middle of a concert

i don’t recommend wearing any jewelry at all. dangly and loose jewelry can get caught, pulled, and broken.

you are going to be uncomfortable. accept that now. you’ll be squished up against a lot of people. sometimes for me my feet were barely touching the ground because of how tight it was. afterwards your entire body will ache, but’s it’s so worth it.

wear comfortable shoes!!!! you’ll be standing for a long time and you don’t want your feet aching too badly

I know i’ve been really worried about getting pit tickets for tøp, but i’ve been in the pit for other bands and i want to give some tips to people who may be nervous
