I like this. I’ll fine-tune it, though. Balance….properly. Balance in multiple positions. Balance on multiple sources. Balance with different visual cues. Balance with different footwear.

And Tim Lincecum won 2 Cy Young’s and for a brief period, pitching gurus all over were teaching to stride 140% of your height and whatnot. Was effective for pretty much 0 pitchers. Stop using athletic/physiologic freaks as examples for the general population

Injuries come along with a diagnosis, but we should, in athletes especially, also look at them as a symptom. TJ surgery is a cure for the torn UCL but is just a band-aid for the underlying problem.

You’re only as strong as your base. Your ankles bear the load of your entire body and are responsible for appropriate transfer and transition of weight, amplified immensely in pitching. Forever standing by the idea that strong ankles help to protect arms
