LAUNCH RIDE: Suzuki V-Strom 1050 DE Now for some fun on the more off road ready version of the big adventurer. The roads are thawing - and there's some trails to come. Roll on this afternoon.
LAUNCH RIDE: Suzuki V-Strom 1050 We're out on the base version of the adventure bike. Costing £12999 and kitted out with a whole new suite of electronics, we're ready to put the 1037cc through its paces. Later we'll be out on the trails on the DE. Stay tuned for first impressions
It's a good point, and it might have the same motor and a very similar chassis - but there's plenty of extra stuff going for it. Although it is mainly electronics based... And then you've got the DE, which should have some real off-road ability. @sgbbow
No heated grips as standard sadly! We could do with them because we're down in single figures out in Greece. Pricing hasn't been announced for them yet - but they're expected to come in around £350 (the same as the previous model). @munky_drunky

Yesterday was a trip down Memory Lane. A visit to #Nottingham. I lived in the city from age 15 to 21. A great place to live. Top nightclubs (yes me!) Not far to Derbyshire for hiking & Donington Park for the Moto racing. Phew has a lot changed! It’s a funky & fun city still tho!
