Tamil Nadu is a cracked state. I don't think people realize how crazy 11.19% real growth with $4000 per capita GSDP is. For context, China has NEVER registered more than 11% real growth after crossing $3500 per capita GDP. TN is a huge whitepill. The system can work.

ECI taking down voter lists from it's website is the modern day equivalent of shredding / burning documents to avoid them falling in the hands of investigators. A neutral person may interpret that as admission of guilt, and rightly so.

@tolly_xyz Most people think this is because of javascript just because it happens on the browser, but it’s actually because of CSS, which stands for “C - Super Steroided”. You probably haven’t used more than its styling abilities, but it’s a crazy rabbithole to go into.

One gotcha with Go’s os/exec: Quoting/escaping shell commands is tricky — especially with ffmpeg. Missing quotes = broken pipes, silent failures, or security risks (hello, injection 👀). Tip: Prefer exec.Command() with args over "sh -c" when possible.
