Just to head off many of these kinds of questions - there will be rules and policy updates to support all the new Ikoria cards and mechanics. We won't be answering these questions until we have those.

(Dan) Hello from the Command Zone at #MTGLyon where we had this situation: Ajani plays Sidisi, Undead Vizier and puts the Exploit ability on the stack. In response, Nylea gains control of Sidisi. Can Ajani still sacrifice a creature for exploit and if so, what happens if they do?
