@MagicWitchCon A very broad survey by Rita, looking at cliches and stereotypes of witchcraft from the old village witch, the midwife witch, and a divide between the British and continental witch, arguing for a deep need to return to the primary sources.

@MagicWitchCon @TarrantNeil Intriguing work from Dan, looking at how a book of late 17th century conjurinh treated Witches as something conjurable, comparable to objects, spirits, and thieves, arguing that the hostility and position outside society made them conjurable.
