@CSEL_NATOAIRCOM @noursidawi @Slidoapp I’ve found that providing an agenda pre-meeting allows me to collect my thoughts and prepare what I want to say before the meeting. I’ve also heard of meetings being run with strict timings so that there isn’t just a single person monologging and ‘stealing time’ from others.

@CSEL_NATOAIRCOM I’ve seen some excellent advice & ideas from @noursidawi for inclusive meetings, including the use of post it notes. Additionally @Slidoapp allows you to pose your question in real time without the anxiety of needing to speak in front of large groups. #MilTwitter #Introvert

@Major_Introvert @HarvardBiz I had this lots of times when I was a junior. What changed was an LE as my OC who challenged me to do things differently. That small change had a profound impact on both my personal and professional life

Received unexpected validation & +ve feedback from my 1️⃣⬆️ today. It made me think: An #introvert may not always say thank you as you expect them to. ‼️ Don’t be disheartened ‼️ Just know, that small act of kindness means the absolute world. They will work harder for it ✅

@Major_Introvert Chat with a 1RO for a junior soldier: Them “I treat them all exactly the same, that way I can’t be accused of bullying/favouritism”. Me “That was last decade, now treat everybody as an individual to get the best out of them. Then you’ll be accused of being a good leader”
