Hey @WHOOP ! Is there a reason that my #whoop loves it when I run even 400m and says “Hey did you workout?” But I can do the entire CrossFit Open 21.3 & 21.4 workout, and.. nothing? Is it cause I’m so super fit that my heart rate drops super-fast?
