Will never fly with @airfrance again. Flight AF253 on 14/04 Vietnam to Paris, supposed to take off at 9.25am. Woke up at 5.30, left the hotel at 6.30am. Arrived at airport at 7am to realise that the flight time had changed to 11.30, no email or sms to notify the change…

@Delta you put my lost bags on an @airfrance flight. Now I can't track them and don't know where they are.

My biz class seat from LAX to PPT through @airfranceFR but operated by @Delta was broken. Before takeoff, crew and maintenance could not fix. 30 minute delay. Pilot and flight crew promised refund if I sat for 8 hours in broken seat. Now being denied refund by @airfrance &@Delta

since last one month I’m requesting for refund from #AIRFRANCE of my ticket which was booked on 4 February24.no one responding.

Don’t fly with @airfrance unless you want to lose your luggage. They have done nothing but made me anxious, given me stress and left me stranded!

@airfrance @IndiGo6E - I have an Air France booking with the first leg operated by Indigo. Indigo customer care tells me that they have canceled the flight. Indigo's website shows the flight is confirmed, as well as Air France website. can't rebook/reschedule. please help.
