Discipline provides the building blocks to create a solid foundation for a great life. A disciplined Man or Woman is a person you can count on when tough times come your way. As you embrace discipline, you will be able to better control your response to life's ups and downs.
After some sickness, I am home and back exercising.... walking 6K+ steps a day to regain strength and stamina. In a few more weeks, I will be using the resistance machines. In a few months, back to free weights. Good health at times is an uphill battle. Prayers appreciated.
It's time to plan for the 4th quarter of the year. Fall is the season to close the loop for the year's goals and targets. Take time to muse over next year's goals and target milestones for yourself. My motto for next year is 2026... time to fix. Remember, Focus makes Fortunes. 👊
Work is what separates us from the herd. Wealth is obtained by industry, not entertainment and narcissistic behavior. Only you can make a difference in you. Get up, dress up, show up, and step up to the person you need to be each day. No one else can or will do this for you.
Debt is a deep pit. Do everything you can to avoid borrowing money. Discipline is your best friend in avoiding this trap in your life. Once you borrow money, debt takes hold and will do everything to get you to borrow more. It is a cruel master. Live debt free if and be happy.
Rules for life: If you mess it up, clean it up; If you break it, fix it; If you are wrong, make it right. Life really is this simple.
Men, even when you are home for the day... it is important to have a smart, casual look. Believe me, she will notice! Stay Sharp and Stay Disciplined... It Matters! 👊
There is always the 'hope' of what you could be... and that is an important motivator in your life. Lasting changes are incremental and happen over seasons of time in your life. Adopt this mantra, 'I am who I am today while I am working on who I could and will be tomorrow.'
This was me at 54, unhealthy. This is me now at 61, on the daily path towards better health. To change, we have to embrace who we are in order to evolve into who we want to be. Picture your desired self, and pursue that image. It is a daily journey, gentlemen... wash rinse…

If you want to be the Man your Woman wants, then step up. Get up early, read, pray, exercise, and quit consuming junk. Be Proud, Stand Tall, Keep Learning, and Never Quit. Be that Disciplined Man your Woman can count on.
My Grandfather was and still is my Hero! A hardworking and God-fearing Disciplined Man.
The Bible is a Catholic's absolute, and reading scripture changes the perception of ourselves and others. Daily Reading and Daily Prayer plant seeds in your heart and mind. Read and Pray each day. Your mind will bloom with good thoughts and help you develop healthy habits.
Good Morning. Prayer does not change your circumstance. Prayer changes you and how you address your circumstance. You serve a God that does not change, He changes you for the better. Pray more and pray often.
If you want to have more money, adopt this mindset: "I will lend money, not borrow it." This may take some time to accomplish, though you will never ever grow wealthy through borrowing on credit. Credit is not wealth... read that again. Credit is a bondage.
Springtime brings beauty and life to our world. Take a queue from Mother Nature, and get out and move, grow, and thrive in the sunshine... It will do your body good!
