If one satoshi (1/100,000,000 of a BSV) is already worth $1.18, then the smallest possible on-chain fee (say 0.5 sats) would cost ~$0.59 — way too high for microtransactions. On BTC, this problem exists because the block size is capped and fees are priced high due to scarcity.
