#scotrail my wife has been told that her train to Preston has been delayed / cancelled / whatever. She asked for advice and has been told to do whatever she likes. Customer service??

#MartinLewis payments from utility point. People waiting months. This will put a lot of people off from moving energy companies. Doesn’t appear to be any course of action as they don’t now reply to emails

#utilitypoint how long have you waited to be paid monies owed. My account changed to new supplier on 8th November. Told 5+ weeks later that I would be paid in ten working days. Now 10 working WEEKS later - still no payment. Next week it will be 4 months from changeover
