Regarding "555" It is very difficult to validate a 64-page highly technical paper which has its share of bugs. Definitely dismissing it is even harder. (I don't want to attribute but some ppl at NIST PQC5 were surprisingly confident that it doesn't apply to Kyber and Dilithium.)
