I wanna shout it to Gwenn working the front desk at the Santa Barbara @HiltonHotels Garden Inn. There was broken equipment in my room and when Engineering was a no show, she came up to help herself. Totally above and beyond.

Today I was shown incredible kindness and wanted to share. My @AlaskaAir flights to @Disneyland got cancelled, fortunately Lottie and Ana were able to rebook me on an @united to ONT. At the airport bar, I met an awesome gentleman who shared a first class upgrade. #Grateful

Due to a bug in the @Delta mobile app, upon airport check-in I was told there was an outstanding charge of $1,000 😡 - Fortunately there is Marriott at CLT who is doing her best to get me on a plane.
