Teacher burnout in 2023. You give a lesson, maybe 5 students are engaged. The rest have their heads down, are staring at their phones, or just do not care about getting an education. Admin tells you the lesson isnt good enough, then gives you 20 other things to do. Repeat forever

Just left the White House where my beloved mentor Diane Nash received the Presidential Medal of Freedom from President Biden for her leadership in the Civil Rights Movement. Miss Nash said this award is not for her alone but for thousands who participated. ONWARD! ✊🏾🧡
