There is a lot to celebrate today with SCOTUS taking up the Idaho & West Virginia #SaveWomensSports laws. But I wanted to thank three personal heroes who made this possible: @Barbara_Ehardt, @RuckerforWV, and Sen. Amy Grady, the courageous legislators who sponsored these bills.
SCOTUS agreed to hear the challenges to the Idaho and West Virginia #SaveWomensSports Laws! @ADFLegal was leading the charge on this from the beginning - representing athletes in CT, ID, WV and working with courageous legislators on laws to protect fairness on the playing field.
