Our @HarpethHall choirs just wrapped up an incredible workshop on how to sing gospel music with Dr. Rosephanye Powell. Check them out improvising on-the-spot music in the “special” of their song with Dr. Powell !

As I sit on the plane home, drafting up my reflection/notes from #ACDA2019 , I’m struck by the extraordinary things I’ve learned: female voice science, neuroscience in rehearsal, pedagogical movement, score analysis for children’s choir, orchestral techniques, and so much more!
