I cut myself yesterday. I feel absolutely awful about it though. It wasn’t meant to be like this. I was just in a meltdown. I’m so so greatful the camera shows it as a lot more minor then it was in person. I’ve been ugly crying about this for the last day. I want to kill myself.

I love the end on the week!!! Every Thursday through Saturday I have my weekly 72h fast. Because, my dad isn’t home on Thursday, Friday I have therapy and I can just say I am tired and sleep early and then Saturday It’s bread for dinner and I am gluten intolerant.

I really hope someone understands me when I say this. So, when thinking about food, I feel repulsed. Then once I have food I’m fine, but the moment I had the first couple of bites I feel so extremely guilty and even more so after I ate to the point I contemplate throwing up.

About 4 glasses of wine further and life js good again. Why be depressed suicidal with the intent of cutting yourself or your cal intake when wine exist?
