Pushing for change is hard. What we do with theory of change comes down to effort + time to move a mountain even an inch. Pushback is constant, resistance wears away resilience. Changing the status quo for better is a worthy cause. Don't give up, there is value + purpose.

Building in better accessibility + inclusion doesn't have to be a cumbersome process. It takes collaboration, willingness to discover what + where we are wrong by listening, understanding + empathy. Translate those needs into priority actions to make it better iteratively.

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but whatever you did this week to cope, it’s fine. Whatever you’re neighbor/friend did to cope, also fine. Now is the time to practice self-compassion and compassion for others. (Unless they had a house party... that’s not fine. DumDums.)

There's been lots of talk about difficulties arranging for working remotely prior to #COVID19, especially for folks with disabilities. I hope we are able to use this as a catalyst to rethink the way we work and make our workplaces more accessible and connected. #GC #GC2020
