@MentalHealthAm Deep Breathing: Slow, controlled breaths (inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 6) can calm your nervous system. Try this for 1-2 minutes when feeling overwhelmed.
@MentalHealthAm Meanwhile it's important to understand where the anxiety is coming from & why. Philosophy & Psychology are great tools, but they don't heal anxieties.
