Higgins tweeted the image on April 9, 11:00 GMT. According to the sun the unknown video was shot at about 13:00 Syrian time (10:00 GMT). I cannot exclude that it was shot on April 8 already.

@MichaKobs @caitoz If that was an actual chlorine gas cylinder that had explosively released a significant quantity of chlorine gas, there would still be an extremely strong tang in the air, you would often choke and cough. Chlorine is MUCH heavier than air, hard to remove and persistent.
