Note-taking is essential for students and helpful for everybody. I have always gone top-down but bottom-up intrigues me enough to give it a try since my mind often jumps from topic to topic. We also learn what a Trapper Keeper is. #tcidul

At a webinar today I was introduced to the concept of ‘safety clutter’, which comes about with HSE docs when writers produce content at all levels of the doc hierarchy on all subjects. Usability mapping can be used to ‘declutter’. I can feel a blog post coming on. #tcidul
