I see a freedom of info request lodged to identify who was awarded contract to provide steel machete bins. Cost confirmed at $ 13 mil or $ 325 thou a bin. Some manufacturers claim they could do it for between 4 and 10 thous . Result of request to be known Sept 5. #sweetdreams
