Vague lesbian characters being crazy villains. Asian gay man also tortured through the series, originally was going to be killed too. His fiancé is killed off after getting 2 seconds of screentime. Only het characters get their happy ending and romance. #BuryTropesNotGays

list of characters voltron has either legitimately killed or led someone to believe were killed: - lance - shiro - adam - pidge - sam - matt - veronica when will you learn death isnt the only way to evoke an emotional response and move the story forward.
