Pharmacy jerked me around or weeks. I am mentally and physically exhausted. The system has wasted so much time and money over pain patients’ meds. Anyone know who I can direct my Karen outrage to? The system needs to change. Denying pain meds is akin to torture. #NEISvoid

nothing I can’t stand more than disabled people giving Nondisabled people incompetent advice bc they haven’t dealt with internalized ableism. As someone who works for a disability services agency, you have to disclose a DISABILITY or our federal funding doesn’t apply to you.

I have had the run around with my pharmacy and prescription coverage and insurance coverage, because computer systems keep glitching and the buck kept getting passed to me; as we know the patient has almost not clout. I needed to share with people who get it #NEISVoid

Cleaning services should be considered a medical necessity for disabled people. Both, for those who are physically disabled, AND those who struggle with the executive function it takes to keep up with things. It's time to end the stereotype of mess equaling 'laziness'.

Few things infuriate me as much as articles that use this line: "Opioids should not be used for chronic pain as there aren't any chronic pain patients that have benefited from them." This common line is a complete LIE and it's pure propaganda. Please hit RT! #USAPainCrisis
