Excise EA 2000 Audit done after filling of TRANS-1 and They have raised the demand for RCM on Ocean Freight. And Department says RCM challan paid in Service Tax not in GST. We had paid reversed charge including Interest. So we don't know how to claim reverse charges in GST?

EA 2000 Audit done after filling of TRANS-1 and They have raised the demand for RCM on Ocean Freight. And Department says RCM challan paid in Service Tax not in GST. We had paid RCM including Interest. So we don't know how to claim RCM in GST? Shall we get the credit in GSTR3B.
