@alzassociation I want specific drugs for specific dementias as neither the dementias nor the drugs are interchangeable. ALZ does not have the monopoly on suffering dementias. It should nor get all of the attention or most of the drug research funding.

3 years ago I almost slipped into a coma and died. I was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I paid $684 for my first 30-day supply of insulin. Some pay $1000+ a month. Many die without it. Today I introduced legislation to cap the price of insulin at $50 a month. #txlege

I was really upset that homeless people did not have access to the $1,400 stimulus check. I just found this out. If you are homeless, you can go to a tax return office where they will file something called EIP return. They will put the money on a debit card after. Retweet.!
