It's been taking me a bit to get used to how 8th Wall works compared to things like Lens Studio, Spark AR, and Effect House, but it's actually starting to grow on me. I do wish it could reload projects faster, but overall it's been fairly pleasant to develop with.

Feeling sorry for @SnapAR’s lens reviewers. With the creator rewards announcement yesterday I enabled that for all ~250 of my lenses and I know a lot of other creators started going through their lenses too. They’re going to have quite the backlog of lenses to review 😭😂

A few years ago I got a group of other lens creators together and we had a series of meetings with Snap about potential avenues for us to monetize our AR work. I’m glad to finally see something come of those meetings.

Come learn some neat tricks! Among other things, I’m gonna go over how I made the snakes act as rag dolls and how I got the boxes to participate in the physics system, but also orient themselves to pop open the right way. Video courtesy @AlexBradt
